Shipping

All shipping is via The Courier Guy who is a national and international service provider. They have branches nationally and are noted in the market place for their attention to detail. The moving of parcels between A to B is the easy part. What differentiates them is the behind the scenes support and attention to detail you will receive from everyone in the organization. The Courier Guy is passionate about establishing close relationships with their client base.

What shipping options are available?

All shipping is via The Courier Guy (2 working days to Cape Town and surrounds; 3-5 working days to major centres; 5-7 days to rural areas; and 7-10 days for deep rural areas).
I do not offer shipping through the South African Post Office, nor do I offer international shipping at present.
I currently don’t offer express shipping.
Your shipping zone is determined by your street code. Some smaller towns and outlying areas do not have street codes, so you will need to enter your postcode instead.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on where your delivery address is in South Africa. Delivery charges are charged at a flat rate no matter the size of your order except in the case of parcels going to Rural Zones.

Please note that I reserve the right to contact you if I cannot validate your address and/or determine that your address falls into a different shipping zone. All charges need to be settled before I can release your order to the courier.

When will I get my order?

I usually hand orders to the courier on the next working day if I receive your order Monday to Friday before 09h00. The courier takes anywhere from 2-5 working days to deliver depending on where you are in South Africa. In extreme cases, it may take up to 7 working days for your package to reach you if you live in a deep rural area. Please refer to the shipping times displayed in the shipping step of the checkout. All customers receive a tracking number once their order has been picked up. I DO NOT ISSUE TRACKING NUMBERS BEFORE THE PARCEL HAS BEEN PICKED UP.

Can I pick my order up?

No. I am strictly online-only and are not set up for walk-ins or pick-ups.

Where do you ship to?

I am a South African site and currently are only focussed on serving the South African market. My courier partners can deliver your order to your door anywhere in South Africa. At present, I do not offer international deliveries. 

Where is my order coming from?

I am based in the Western Cape and keep stock of all the items, except custom prints which are made on request. I do not use dropshippers from overseas. This means that I can ship your order as soon as it’s received unless an item is out of stock – there’s no waiting around for items to be delivered from overseas!
Any delays experienced due to COVID-19 are beyond my control, that being new stock orders or shipping issues.
